We plan to open an office in Kingwood and Willis soon, so are seeking agents in the Kingwood and Willis areas, as well as Huntsville. This includes all areas around these towns such as Point Blank, Conroe, Humble etc.

   No random fees at all! You only pay 15% on each transaction with an annual cap of $8,500. For rental transactions, your flat fee is $40. Commercial transactions are also 15% per transaction and will have a separate cap of $10,000.
